Do I need to be home during the service?

For exterior-only services — window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing — you don't need to be home. For interior window cleaning or Airbnb turnovers, we ask that an adult be present or that access is arranged in advance.

Yes — we offer exterior-only, interior-only, or full interior and exterior cleaning. Our most popular package is full interior and exterior for a completely streak-free result.

Yes — we offer hard water stain removal as an add-on service. Mineral deposits from sprinklers or runoff require specialized treatment beyond standard cleaning, so we'll assess and quote that separately.

We recommend cleaning gutters at least twice a year — once in late spring after seeds and pollen fall, and once in late fall after leaves drop. Homes with heavy tree coverage may need more frequent service.

We remove all debris from the gutters, flush the downspouts to confirm they're clear, and do a visual inspection of the gutter system. We'll flag any damage or issues we notice.

We don't install gutter guards, but we do clean gutters that already have guards installed. If your guards are clogged or damaged, we can assess and advise.

We sync with your booking calendar and arrive between guest checkout and the next check-in. We clean every room, make beds, refresh towels and linens, restock consumables, remove trash, and send you time-stamped completion photos when done.

Yes — same-day turnovers are available at a rush rate. We recommend scheduling in advance when possible, but we understand short-notice bookings happen and we do our best to accommodate.

Do you provide linens and supplies?

We can launder your linens and towels on-site or off-site for an add-on fee. We can also restock consumables (soap, paper products, etc.) if you provide them or arrange a supply budget.

What if you find damage during a turnover?

We photograph and immediately notify you of any damage, maintenance issues, or items left behind by guests. You'll have documentation before the next guest checks in.

Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?

Yes — we offer 5% off for hosts with 3–4 properties and 10% off for 5+ properties or property management partnerships. Contact us to set up a recurring agreement.
